Accounting Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Specialist to join our team and support our accounting department with day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, accurate, and thrives both independently and in a team environment. Responsibilities:Assist with data entry, record keeping, and general administrative tasks.
Support contract billing and collections.
Manage subcontractor insurance tracking and payment processing.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Prior accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
Knowledge of contract billing and collections processes.
Familiarity with subcontractor insurance and payment procedures.
Experience with Sage Accounting software a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Competitive salary: $50K–$55K.
